Russian exit ban and debt check — online

a detailed report, not just yes/no

Details for the check

Card payment. You are charged only after the report is ready — if the check fails, no payment is taken. The report opens right here; save the link.

Bailiff debts (FSSP)DETAILED

Every enforcement case: amount, subject, bailiff office and phone — plus an exit-ban risk assessment.

Passport validity

Against the MVD registry — an invalid passport blocks any consular service.

MVD wanted list

Whether you appear in the federal wanted database.

Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy proceedings in the EFRSB registry.

INN and tax status

INN validity according to the Federal Tax Service.

Rosfinmonitoring

The terrorist and extremist list — inclusion blocks banking operations.

Are you abroad?

Gosuslugi often does not open from abroad, and SMS to a Russian number never arrives. Our check runs on open official registries that require neither a Gosuslugi account nor a Russian SIM: just your document details and any bank card.

Check yourself before visiting the consulate

Records in Russian state registries — an invalid internal passport, a wanted-list entry, bankruptcy — can be grounds for refusal of consular services, including the issuance of an international passport, while FSSP debts can lead to an exit ban from Russia. Check yourself against the official registries before booking an appointment at a Russian embassy or consulate: the report takes a couple of minutes and shows exactly what to resolve first.

Honestly: what this check cannot show

The actual exit-restriction order is issued by a bailiff and is not visible in the open database — we show all your enforcement cases and assess the risk by amounts (the 10,000–30,000 ₽ threshold). Only the bailiff and Gosuslugi know the exact restriction status.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I am allowed to leave Russia?

There is no public “no-exit list”. A bailiff imposes the restriction for debts over 10,000–30,000 ₽. Our report shows all your enforcement cases with amounts — the main risk factor.

Is this official data?

Yes — the report is compiled from official open registries: the FSSP database, the MVD invalid-passport registry, the wanted database, EFRSB and the Rosfinmonitoring list.

Do you store my data?

No. The data you enter is used only to generate the report and is erased after the check. The report is available via a secret link for 30 days, then deleted.

Why is this better than the free FSSP website check?

The FSSP site shows only debts. We query six registries at once and compile one detailed report — no need to visit six websites and figure each one out.

Can I check myself without Gosuslugi?

Yes. All checks use open official registries (FSSP, MVD, Federal Tax Service, EFRSB, Rosfinmonitoring) that require no Gosuslugi account at all.

I am abroad and SMS to my Russian number does not arrive — will it work?

It will. No SMS confirmations or Russian number required: enter your document details, pay with any card — the report opens on the site and arrives by email.

Why check before applying for a passport or power of attorney?

An invalid passport, bailiff debt or bankruptcy surfaces at the worst moment — when filing documents at the consulate. Check in advance and come to your appointment with peace of mind.
