Details for the check

Card payment. You are charged only after the report is ready — if the check fails, no payment is taken. The report opens right here; save the link.

Registry of Controlled Persons (RKL)

The MVD database: those listed face restrictions on banking, registration and movement.

MVD wanted list

The Russian federal wanted database.

FSSP debtsDETAILED

Enforcement cases in Russia: amounts, subjects, bailiffs.

Rosfinmonitoring

The terrorist and extremist list — inclusion blocks any operations.

Honestly: about the entry ban

The only official answer about an entry ban comes from the Russian MVD upon written request. Our report checks related databases (RKL, wanted list, debts) — if you appear in them, the risk of border problems is high. What to do about a finding can be discussed with a lawyer.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Registry of Controlled Persons?

Since February 2025 the MVD maintains a registry of foreign citizens staying in Russia without legal grounds. Inclusion means restrictions: frozen accounts, a ban on property registration, risk of expulsion.

I am on the “blacklist”. What should I do?

The “blacklist” can mean different databases — RKL, entry ban, wanted list. The report shows exactly which ones list you, and a Consul Online lawyer can explain what it means and what steps are possible.

Will the check show an entry ban?

Only the MVD gives an official answer upon request. We check related databases and speak honestly about risks — no false guarantees.

How do I check for deportation?

Deportation and expulsion decisions are made by the MVD, and there is no open database of them. An indirect trace shows in our checks: deported persons usually end up in the Registry of Controlled Persons and receive an entry ban. The report shows RKL and the wanted list — the official answer comes from an MVD request.

Do I need an INN for the check?

No — the document you travel with is enough for the basic check.
