Power of Attorney through the consulate - online preparation
To conduct a real estate transaction from abroad, resolve housing and utilities issues, or build a house, a Power of Attorney will be required. This document will authorize a person in Russia to handle these matters on your behalf.
To arrange a Power of Attorney, it's not necessary to return to Russia: the document can be obtained at the nearest Russian consulate. However, consulate staff do not draft documents; they only certify prepared draft documents in a special format.
We will assist you in preparing a draft of the Power of Attorney, provide consultation regarding scheduling an appointment at the consulate, or schedule an appointment for you. Additionally, we will upload the finalized draft document in the required format to the consulate portal.
It is no longer necessary to submit the original Power of Attorney, an electronic form is sufficient - use the "Certification of Equivalence of Electronic Documents" service
